Booking via external platform (EasyGuestManagement)
The online booking and enquiry forms are embedded through the external EasyGuestManagement service.
When you open the booking page, content from booking.easyguestmanagement.at and technically required EasyGuestManagement scripts are loaded. In this process, personal data such as your IP address, browser/device information and any form details you enter may be transmitted to EasyGuestManagement.
The forms are used to initiate and perform a booking or enquiry under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where EasyGuestManagement carries out its own processing as an independent provider, its own privacy and usage terms also apply.

Third-party embeds (EasyGuestManagement, Google Maps)
We use EasyGuestManagement for the booking and enquiry forms. When these forms load, content from EasyGuestManagement is embedded and personal data is transmitted to that service.
We use Google Maps (provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to display the apartment location, selected nearby activities and routes for arrival.
The Google Maps map only loads after you actively consent by clicking “Load map”. Only then will a connection to Google’s servers be established and personal data (e.g., IP address and device data, and location data if you enable it) may be processed.
Google Maps is loaded only on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Storage duration
